The Vinod Chowdhury Memorial Lecture
We are glad to have with us Prof. Rohini Pande, the Henry J.Heinz II Professor of Economics and Director of Economic Growth Center at Yale University. Her research is focused on how formal and informal institutions shape power relationships and patterns of economic and political advantage in society, particularly developing countries. She has done award-winning work on promoting the success of women in the economics profession and is also a co-chair at the Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).
